Current Openings:
Custodian
1st shift 6am start, 15-25+ hours to start. Off every Saturday and Sunday. Immediate monthly and quarterly attendance bonuses. Opportunities for advancement. Potential for Full Time.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and common areas
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to complete assigned tasks
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment when necessary
Requirements:
- **Must have smart phone w/ cell service & non slip shoes**
- **Must have license & reliable transportation and be willing to travel 10-20 minutes between jobsites. NO EXCEPTIONS**
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
